Registration
You can still register on-line for the conference for a few more days, and you can join us and register on-site on October 14th. The registration desk opens at 08.00 local time (CEST). The conference registration gives access to all plenary and parallel sessions, lunches from Monday to Thursday, coffee and tea breaks, and the Thursday dinner cruise.

We would like to invite you to the congress dinner on 17 October. The dinner will take place on board of the Ocean Diva, a large and impressive boat that will take you for a trip over the Amsterdam waters while enjoying your dinner. Please join us for this exceptional dinner! One ticket is included in the registration fee. A limited number of tickets for accompanying persons to the social event is available through the registration web site for € 130.
Registration terms and conditions for the conference:
- You can no longer cancel your registration, as it is past October 4
This also applies if your cancellation is due to the US Federal Government shutdown: we cannot refund the fee or refund the accomodation cost or deposit for your hotel reservation. See Hotel Leaflet for full details: the entire length of your stay may be charged in case of no-show. - a 10 Euro surcharge applies to bank transfers to cover handling fees
- Refunds (for early cancellations) will only be processed after the end of the conference
