Local Organising Committee

CHEP 2013 is organized by Nikhef, the Dutch National Institute for Subatomic Physics. The organizational structure for CHEP consist of an International Advisory Committee (IAC) which sets the overall themes of the conference, a Programme Organizing Committee (POC) that oversees the program content, and a Local Organizing Committee (LOC) that is responsible for local arrangements and conference logistics, programme scheduling and proceedings.

The local programme and organisation committee consists of David Groep (coordinator), Jeff Templon, Kors Bors, Wouter Verkerke, Gerhard Raven, Jos Vermeulen, Wim Heubers, and Mieke Bouwhuis. You can contact us via info@chep2013.org.

Logistical coordination is handled by MCI EuroCongress.
